best steaks in muskoka

Great steaks, great service and even better atmosphere. Chef has a great menu and resonable prices. Great experince for the second time and looking forward to planning a third!

So So for the price

Seafood appetizers were amazing, however the steak was a bit chewy for the price we paid (180 with tip, including a bottle of wine). Service was great, very friendly; we just couldn't believe the cut of meat for a place like this.

Still great the 2nd time!

Was here for the first time a few months ago and came back again with friends. It was just as terrific this time as the first time. What a great find.

Great red meat!

What delicious food. The Cottage restaurant (which is next door) recommended this place as a "nice" place to go out during our 3 days in town. We are glad they did. Our appetizers were delicious. I had to fend off my wife from eating my scallops that were just perfect. Four of us had red meat and one of our group had fish. They clearly buy quality food and know how to cook it as everyone just loved their dinner. The desserts sounded interesting but due to lack of time and lack of belly room, we didn't partake. Would love to come back the next time we are in town and maybe save a bit of room for dessert as well.

We had herd good things and were not disapointed... the food and service were both impecable. Would highly recomend to anyone. We had a person in group who was famous for being hard to please and she left more than satisfied.

First time in this new restaurant and loved it.

We come to Huntsville regularly but this was our first time visiting this new steakhouse. The decor is very warm and welcoming and the staff were very down to earth. This isn't one of those pretentious places. The appetizers were both delicious and it was easy to tell that they use top quality beef as the steaks were tasty, juicy and tender. I ordered mine medium rare and my wife's was ordered medium and both were cooked bang on. We will definately be returning and probably bringing friends next time to show off our "new find".

Awesome Food

Located right beside The Cottage restaurant on the water, this was a great meal. Caesar Salad could use a little more kick, but the fresh baked bread, the steaks with Brandy peppercorn sauce, and the French Onion soup all probably the best we've had in a restaurant. Great setting, cozy atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff. Definitely would go back.
