Last Friday July 30 we stopped in to the Boat warehouse and looked at their 2007 318 Four Winns. Spoke to Garth in sales about our trade in - 28 ' Regal. He said he would do some research and get back to us on a price with a trade in. Today is Saturday August 7 - to date we have had no feed back despite emailing him every day and telephoning him several times. Each time he says the owner is working on a price and will get back to us. We have waited over a week to negotiate a deal on this boat.............absolute poor customer service. And if we didnt call him, we wouldnt have had any discussion at all. This is a $125,000 boat they dont seem very anxious to sell, nor are they anxious to do any business. Extremely disappointing.

I am sorry that this happened, unfortunately our salesperson Garth, was forced to retire early after 15 years of service. Some people Garth had dealings with at the time did not get responded to if it was by email. Those who called did get put in touch with another salesperson. We have been for many years the largest Four Winns Dealership in the world and the Largest Lowe Boat dealership in the world. We take our business very seriously and try to make the purchase and delivery experience a great one. I am sorry we did not in this case.
