I am so very impressed with the staff and service at Dependable Appliances, Kingston. The technician, John, worked extra hard to diagnose what was wrong with my GE refrigerator, and to replace defective parts, all before the long weekend in August, 2015. He did not have to do that. It was a kindness to me so I wouldnt have to pull all my food out of the freezer...such a relief. The labour cost was kept under one hour.Thank you John and Gillian who helped me get ready for the service call.
I find that this is one of the best places around for parts and labour I find Tom to be very very knowledgeable about every brand out there and if he's not sure he will investigate the problem or part for you
The owner/manager, Tom, called me after I had an unresolved warranty repair, and complained to me, the customer, that he only gets paid once for warranty calls, and he'd be out of pocket to have the staff come back, so I'd have to wait. I protested. He then proceeded to call me an (expletive), and told me he wasn't going to send his repair guys back to my home to complete the repair. This business is not concerned with customer service. Call them if you want to be disrespected.
