Excellent customer service. Excellent product. Excellent mechanic. I wish I had come to JJ Alfaltech first - before being taken advantage by The Electric Scooter Store. I purchased an expensive eScooter from The Electric Scooter store in August 2016. It broke down five time within the first seven days. We returned the eScooter and we are still fighting for our money back. We went to JJ Alfatech and purchased an amazing eScooter a few days later (August 2016) and it has been perfect.

We had purchased an e bike from this store and have found the owner very knowledgeable. We are from Brockville and have heard about Jalfatech from another person who had left the scooter there during the summer to have some repairs done. They had fixed my friend's scooter in just a couple of days! Decided to try them out for our own purchase. Great experience. Highly recommended. Thanks!

A failing to fullfil on a contract

I have had a very poor experience with this shop. I paid $1500 for an electric cycle in October 2011, i had to take the bike back 3 times before December to no avail the bike continued to be faulty, just stopped running. After the winter i went to Europe for a while when i got back and used the bike the problem continued, it just cut out. The bike then spent months in alfratec shop every time the same problem. I was given a very substandard replacement wich cut out, i was told i needed to peddle? the reason i got an e bike was to eliminate this part. For the last 8 months i have been promiced a new bike, every time i ask what is happening i am told it is not down to alpfratec??? I do not recomend people to buy from this company strongly
