    Beware This company is not serious about helping you. They are looking to sell you an outrageously expensive solution over performing basic troubleshooting and break/fix maintenance. Unless you are willing to spend over 5000$ I would look for anyone else besides this company especially if you are in a crisis.

    In response to your comment, I would like to share the facts. We are licensed by the MOE and must follow their regulations or face a penalty. To work on a well, you must hold this licence or face significant fines. We explained that we do not recommend the well repair because, in my 40 years of experience, you must re-dig to complete a proper fix when it acts up again. Ultimately you paid someone $1,600 for a quick fix, which did not bring it up to MOE code. I hope this addresses your concerns.
