Was told the wait was 30-40 minutes. I’ve been sitting here for an hour and still no food. In the time I’ve been waiting here I’ve overheard two complaints of staff not being aware of surroundings (left someone’s order sitting for 15 minutes while they were here) and someone who was dining in whose food was brought to them cold.
We always order Chinese for new years and thought we would try here. Biggest mistake of 2017 only received part of the order. Called them when we realized we were missing items and they said they would deliver it. An hour later I called back and was told it was on the way. Never received anything. Total rip off.

Tasty and great portions.
Fasooli's food is amazing and portion sizes are very large. Atmosphere is elegant, but not intimidatingly so. (I usually can only eat half my meal, and take the other half home.) Menu selection is extensive -- pasta, seafood, steaks, etc. I adore their seafood. I am always astounded by how low the bill is given the quality and quanity of the food. Desserts are amazing too, and the servers are just the right amount of nice. Fasooli's Grill is my favorite restaurant in Kingston, ON.
I have travelled all over the world and was referred by my new neigbours and by far this meal ranks in one of my all time favourites ! Friendly service, and their selection of Beers were the best for any Chinese Asian in Kingston. I had Tiger Lager and it was cold and hit the spot. For a family meal it was very economical for a 4 course meal
I was looking for some authentic or what passes for authentic Chinese food in Kingston. I had looked at the on-line reviews for something close to where we were staying and the Lichee Garden sounded like a safe bet. My partner wanted stuffed tofu and so did I. After the warning from the person taking my order, (NO BEAN CURD) I went ahead and ordered anyways as I hadn't brought my computer to look for something else, so I took my chances and ordered. I ordered three dishes. The Yang Chow fried rice was stale and seemed to be ever so slightly off. The honey garlic ribs were way too sweet, over cooked and almost flavourless. Finally there was a nice dish of large shrimp and fresh mixed vegetables. Again almost flavourless. I spoke to the person who handed me the takeout and said that I was disappointed about not being able to order bean curd. He said something I had heard from restauranteurs elsewhere in Kingston. He said that when he ordered bean curd it simply went bad because no-one wanted it. So I don't know if this type of food is just what the local's expect or are willing to buy but for someone who enjoys Chinese cooking it is simply bland, over-cooked and without distinction. Service was very friendly, efficient and the food was made quickly and was hot.
Ate there last night, I got the spare ribs, they were terrible. Service was very slow. One of our drinks didn't come till we were almost done eating (not fun when it was for a 6 year old). The Chicken Chow Main was pretty good, but not enough to make me want to go back.
There were a lot of mixed reviews of this restaurant. I decided to check it out for myself. This is by far the best Chinese food in Kingston at the most reasonable prices. I am addicted and go there at least once a week. My favorite is the Number 7 combo, but have tried other dishes and they were outstanding as well. I have always been served quickly and with a smile. LeChee Garden in Kingston is a must if you enjoy great food and quality service
Great value 3 course meal we were stuffed but found room for dessert after the nice jasmine greean tea ! Would definitely return again ! Can't beat the value just 13 dollars per person.
We were in for with friends, had individual entres. All the dishes were tasty. Would come back again. Highly recommended as place was spotless and service very efficient.
We have lived in the area for over twenty years and come to this restaurant for all our meals both dine and take out. We have found the food to be consistently excellent and great value for your hard earned dollar ! The place is also spotless and the decor impeccable and authentic. For chinese food we highly recommend this restaurant to anyone moving into the area or have not checked them out. Kudos to the management for providing this good a product for so many years. You have our support and will see us again real soon !
On a recent visit to Kingston, my family wanted to go for Chinese Food, after looking on this website we decided to try Leechee Gardens, our soup tasted like dirty dish water, then I got up and happen to get a view into the Kitchen where the cooks where smoking while preparing our meal. I would suggest no one go to this restaurant. BCD
great chinese reasonable dinners for one..only complaint is the ice they put in water and drinks has freezer burn taste ewww...everything else was good. mots leave with a diggie bag portions ar good.
One of my favorites, use to go at least once a week when I lived near there. Dinner for two is a crazy deal, food is excellent. Been there for a few parties and they handle big parties very well 20+ people.
Ate for first time was recommended by friends living in KIngston, travelling through from Toronto and I must say this is better than the curries in Toronto ! So if you like hot and spicy Lechee can certainly do it here !
HAd the same meal for the last fifteen years ! Came out piping hot and excellent service. We always tell our friends far and near to come here !
Had three course meal for under 10.00 per person and was in and out in 40 minutes. Came with choice of soup or egg roll and beverage. Great value and my guests were amazed at the speedy service and the pleasant male server we had. Will definitely return.
Was in and out in less than an hour. Great value combo platter and choice of soup or egg roll. Even came with a beverage! Fast friendly service what more can you ask for over lunch hour !
Excellent Value had lunch with my friend and it was hot and fast. Even had a choice of soup and beverage. Cant beat the price the two of us dined for under 20.00 including tax.
