Exceptional Personalized Service

I went to TresOrs because I saw their ad for in-house jewelry repair, and wasn't comfortable with the idea of other repair companies shipping my rings away to have them fixed and take 6-8 WEEKS! The jeweler himself came down to explain exactly what I was going to need to have done, and what he'd suggest in the future to have done. Gave me an estimate right there and then and told me approximately how long it would take. 2 weeks - much better than 6-8! It was much less stressful knowing they weren't shipping it anywhere either. Personable staff, did exactly as they promised. Highly recommend.
