Ordered a chair for our nursery. Instead of a functioning zipper the chair had several staples directly into the fabric. Store staff were extremely unapologetic over the issue, and after waiting a couple months for the chair to come. I will need to wait several weeks to get a replacement.
We purchased a sofa and two chairs. We were told that the material was more durable than leather. Within 5 years it had started to crack, and now it is pealing in many places. It has had light to normal use (no kids, no dogs) and yet the furniture is junk. When we contacted La-z-boy they told us there was nothing we could do. Don't trust them and don't buy from them.
Don’t you ever buy the warranty for your furniture from them, it’s extra money paying for nothing, I bought all my sofas from them, after 2 years I informed them that my sofas fabric is pealing off though I have 7 years warranty on them, but no use they just kept me waiting over 17 minutes on hold each time and no reply in fact they are saying yes the warranty is not covering this, I’m saying ok then return my warranty money back and no one replaying they just play with you.

Some products are great and others are complete garage. They won’t stand behind the garbage. Overpricedl for what you get. Sales and man loteam is pushy and only looking for a quick sale.
Finally after 6 months got my chair fixed. Not your fathers lazyboy chair quality has gone down the tubes the assembly was very poor no glue in joint it was falling apart shortly after paying $2000 for the thing.
The furniture is beautiful, the store is nice and the sales staff are friendly and helpful, however when an order error was made at the store, our perspective is the follow up service was disappointing.
No pressure sales staff, patient and friendly. Excellent quality and good prices.
