Do not come here if comfort is desired

My experience at this office has been uncomfortable and very unenjoyable. I never feel welcomed or wanted by the staff, and the hygienists are all impatient and disrespectful. The service is not great either- one hygienist got my lip stick under the wire when adjusting my braces, after arguing with me about using my tongue to remove food when I don't have a brush (!?). I also had to have an expander in twice, since the first one created a crater in the roof of my mouth. Not happy so far.

While the new staff face-to-face service is mikes ahead of the previous practicing orthodontist there, it doesn't make up for the poor quality. My permanent retainer has been on for four years now, and it has broken four times already. It's only a six-month warranty, so I pay for repairs every time. The warranty also only applies to the top or bottom individually. The durability of the cement used is more of an inconvenience than it's worth, considering the last time it broke, I'd only been biting into a slice of pizza.
