Pool liner is horrible, poor customer service

Stand behind their work and do what they say they’re going to do. Easy to deal with and the office staff are really friendly and helpful.

Service has gone down majorly since ownership changed a few years ago. Besides the inconvenience of being closed on weekends, watch out for major and minor pool items mysteriously breaking under their care followed by zero accountability. Take your business elsewhere!

I had a very complex yard with many different grade issues. I had a few different pool companies come by some of which didn't even get back to me. I met with Sam and he spent a few hours with me. We went over and talked about all our different options. Not only was he honest and upfront but had great ideas too. When dealing with this company I found that they were very informative and honest. They were by far the easiest people to deal with and made the whole project go over that much more enjoyable.

From start to finish, they walked me through everything. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and we love our new pool. I would recommend them to anyone that is interested in a new install. They tell it like it is and don't beat around the bush..
