Terrible experience on Saturday afternoon. Our food took forever to get to our table - It had been sitting in the "window" and the eggs became rubbery and were inedible. (I actually had to go up and ask for my food) No one cared; service was a disgrace-won't recommend and won't be back.

Nice decour, high prices - Low quality food,

Well I was very disappointed, especially since I just spent almost $70 there. They say their sandwiches are very big hence the expensive $7+ for just a sandwich, but really they aren't that big IMO. Just because the bread is a large piece doesn't mean it constitutes a large sandwich. My son didn't like the caesar & it's his favourite salad. I tasted his corned beef sandwich on rye. The rye didn't even taste like real rye, & the corned beef was bland. The soup had too many chicken pieces & they didn't use the right type of noodle, they used penne LOL. I never finished it, & my son didn't like it either. My chicken sandwhich was dripping all over the place & it was tasteless. The only thing I tasted was the tons of vinegar from the marinated red peppers & mushrooms. What really topped the cake was the cappuccino. It tasted like water. I've never had such a terrible cappuccino before, even Windsor had a better one & I come from the Toronto area, so I know what a cappuccino is supposed to taste like. I bought the potato salad to take home, some of the potatoes were hard, & there was soooo much vinegar, I stopped eating it. The people were nice, their cold cuts were so so, but their fresh bread wasn't anything special & I feel like I wasted my money which I don't like doing. Staff was nice, decour was very "big city" & modern, but I'd rather have bland decour & great food than the other way around.
