    Direct billing was convenient, competitive prices and fast turn around time. For that I give five stars however, customer service from Tiffany was offensive. Excessive loud talking, interrupting, correcting and telling me I was wrong about everything was grating Found the frames and proper fit ourselves. Not sure I would return.

    I am a difficult person when it comes to shopping. My children have long given up as I make up my mind and the am unhappy. Neil and Tiffany and Holly has been incredible patient, put up with me and in the end I could not be more content. I can see clearly, I can read and I think that my glasses are lovely. Thank you guys for your patience I have come to you from Toronto and will continue to do so. Helen
