They really need more staff. Wait times are very bad.

Such a great place to eat everything was perfect from the food, to the staff and the atmosphere. I highly recommend this place

The occasional decent server, but most times when I've give they focus on the drinking, unmarried crowd. Also portion sizes are shrinking and quality in good idea lacking due to them doing Reno's. They don't put enough sauce or toppings on foods, they become super cheap while raising prices.

Worst restaurant I've been in for AGES

Our server was rude. She was short with us and not welcoming at all.I think she was in charge?>>>? I hope not!!! Our server was late getting to us, we waited and waited and watied at the door and finally seated ourselves. Food took forever and it looked re-heated in the microwave. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Tuesday is $ 0.29 wings. All three types of wings were very good. Not over cooked. The draft was good. We did not have to wait more than 10 minutes to get our food and beer. The waitress was helpful and pleasant.

Not a pleasant experience at all!!! We waited 10 - 15 minutes before anyone ever acknowledged we were there. There were only 2 other tables and 4 servers all standing around the bar chatting. We were finally greeted with a "what can I get ya" The caesar salad had enough dressing on it for about salads and wasn't mixed very well, big globs of dressing everywhere (yuk)..The house salad was supposed to have mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoes...I got lettace and 1/2 a slice of tomato. The loaded fries included cheese, bacon, ranch and sour cream. I asked for the ranch and sour cream on the side, we were told it came on the side...when it arrived the ranch was "in" the fries and we never did see any sour cream. The bread was good. We got the bill BEFORE our plates were cleared and were never asked if we wanted coffee or dessert!!! TERRIBLE service....I think our server was the manager too! I hope she doesn't train the other servers. I don't eat out often, it was very disappointing.

The sizzler's are the best ! The salmon fillet is glazed with thai sauce and the portion size is nice and big. It sits on a bed of stir fried veggies, including baby corn (Yummy!). It's brought to your table sizzlin hot, topped with a shot of bourbon and set on fire. Every bit melts in you mouth. We always sit in the bar section so we can be nice and close to the TV's to watch the sporting events while eating our supper. We always get served by Becky everytime we go there. She comes over right away to greet us and finds out how we've been (we dine here about once a month). She always remembers my son is a Penguins fan and they talk hockey for a few minutes. Her service is excellent and she makes sure everything is served to our satisfaction. Always enjoy our meal here and plan to go back.
