POOR SUPERVISION OF LANES. WE BOWLED NEXT TO A GROUP OF TWEENS THAT WERE ALLOWED TO BEHAVE BADLY - MULTIBLE BALLS AT ONCE- 5 KIDS BOWLING AT ONCE AND MORE. NO STAFF INTERVENTION DESPITE THE COUNTER BEING IN FULL VIEW OF THE GROUP
Costly, good for first time experience but losses its thrill fast. clean facility, but lazy and unprofessional. family oriented, has league bowling, but limited to open-play customers. staff become over friendly and to a degree creepy. management is missing or ineffective. good for events, but not individual.
Hello, I am the General Manager of Fleetway. We take pride in offering great guest services at Fleetway. Our goal is to make sure our guests have an enjoyable experience in a clean and well run facility. Unfortunately your review is vague and it is difficult to address in a specific manner. We have supervisors on every shift who are available to address customer concerns. We aim at training our staff to be professional and friendly. We are a Family Entertainment Centre. We provide services to the public seven days a week.
