Pawned a gold necklace. Later when I was looking at the receipt I noticed the guy I dealt with had written a description of the necklace as having a broken clasp. It didn't when I brought it in! I know this for sure! Have owned the necklace for many many years and simply was not broken in anyway. I returned to pick it back up and they denied denied denied. You signed the slip as having a broken clasp when you pawned it. Ya right. I did but I didn't notice he had slipped that in the description.
