There have been improvements in tire offerings for the price. These guys keep it real and find issues when shortcomings exist. On our 98 Sierra, they spotted that the aftermarket wheels were missing hubcentric rings. They have gotten to the bottom of tire balance issues that other shops could not technically address. They are straight up and if there is an issue that they bring forward, you had best listen to them. I have a high performance sport sedan also and I would bring it to them also.

Best car shop ever! Never been treated better and never had better service. And, didn't have to wait days for an appointment. Not enough time to say how much better it is than other places.
I love this store the guy's are very knowledgeable and helpfull with all my needs. Being a women I have been talked down to when it has come to any mechanical needs on my vehicle. I want to thank Andy and Ken for looking after me and explaining why I needed a alignment they took the time to show me how my tires were wearing uneven and explained the importance of a alignment.

I was billed $306...
I was billed $306.21 to put on my summer tires. I was charged $100 for a “slight alignment” which I did not authorize & felt was unnecessary, as I have only had the car 3 months. The manager said that they felt it did need it & it was done in my best interest. Still - $200?? That was an error. They did refund me the $101.70 that I was charged for storage – without apology. So, looks like I paid $204.51 to have my tires changed. I will be back to Kal Tire… NEVER! Shellie F April 20,2015
You're here to buy tires, and/or have them taken off, or put on. ANY mechanic can do this.
(1) They are considerably more expensive than most other independent garages.
(2) Upselling tactic: Wheel alignment.
Look, wheel alignments are a complete waste of money, UNLESS your car is pulling to the left or right.
Considering the average lifespan of a tire, you're not going to be concerned about excess wear. That's what a tire rotation is for.
