It's very unfortunate that it took the owner of this store to make it clear that he is not interested in customer service or for that matter being polite at all. I realize he is probably 15 years past his retirement and he couldn't care a less about my $100 monthly trip to by my dog his treats, toys, food and clothes. All that is fine because a new Pet Smart opened in the same Plaza. I will go there from now on. I just couldn't believe the fact that this grumpy old man was so rude and insulting to me.
