    Janet Charron is incredible! She saved me 4 potential demerit points and a $353 fine. Janet was incredible to work with and was very knowledgeable in the best way to handle my situation. if you need to fight a ticket hire Janet!

    I was recently in a minor collision in a round about and charged with failure to yield. I decided to fight the charge so I contacted Pointts. Janet was excellent and very professional. All charges were dropped and no points lost. Thank-you Janet.

    I highly recommend Janet and her staff. I had a careless driving charge and would have been very intimidated to go to the prosecutor or court myself. Janet went to the prosecutor for me and she got the charge withdrawn. Janet and her staff are professional and sincerely want to help. If you have a traffic ticket or offense Janet and her staff are the ones to call. I am so grateful to them.

    I received a whop...

    I received a whopper of a speeding ticket and tried to fight it myself. It was a bad decision and I ended up convicted. I went to POINTTS and they appealed it, then got the conviction reversed AND had the charge thrown out because of some incorrect info. on the ticket! I had GREAT service and the staff were so knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

    Janet and the others in the office were awesome! They were very professional and seemed to really care about the outcome of my case. I didn't have to go to court at all, which was great! They managed to get my careless driving knocked down to something worth less demerit points.
