    Absolutely, by far the most impressive arrangements for very reasonable prices. Professional and attentive florist, with a clever and uniquely wonderful taste of style. An amazing selection of fresh and silk flowers. Weather it's your every day carnations or your rare birds-of- paradise bouquets you are after, at this particular florist you will find it all. Both as a business professional at a corporate level and also personally, I would highly recommend London's Richmond Florist and I most definitely will use them again in the future!

    I ordered flowers 2 weeks ago to be delivered on November 21st. After using the website and placing my order, no confirmation was sent to be sure it went through (this should have been my first sign)so instead I checked my Visa, and it was charged. Today the flowers were to be delivered so when they weren't there by 4:00, I called to check. The woman that answered the phone was not only extremely rude and unprofessional but the only information she had for me was that the flowers were on their way (didn't even apologize). So, there was nothing left for me to do but wait, the flowers were never delivered. I am absolutely appalled at how unprofessional and terribly run this florist is, you would think with ordering them two weeks in advance they would have no problem delivering them - it's their job. I am so disappointing and tomorrow I will be demanding a refund. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! NOTHING BUT BAD THINGS TO SAY!

    Detailed and Knowledgable

    The owner is very detailed and takes pride in her work. She educates you about different flowers and proper care. There isnt much to choose from it looks like in her flower coolers but she will put together the most beautiful arrangements for you in just a few mins. I will go back!
