Vellore Medical Centre & Walk-In Clinic

I have been going to this clinic for over 4 years. Since the first time I went for checkup,the doctors have been great listeners and beyond caring. I recommended a few of my friends and they have been very satisfied with the service. I noticed that some of the older reviews quite negative in terms of staff..the staff have changed since the first time I went for checkup and are currently very kind and respectful. Also, waiting times are great! the fastest clinic I have ever been to.highly recomme

I have been here on 3 different occasions now with no success. Once I waited 30 minutes for someone at the desk to acknowledge me and she never did. Today the lady at the desk was so rude and dismissive. Apparently even though their sign advertises a lab they are not a lab for the public and only do bloodwork if you are a patient of theirs. Then don't advertise. Their sign also says new patients welcome but they are not now and haven't been for some time accepting new patients. Disappointing.

Everyone at this clinic from the receptionists to the doctors are very unhelpful. They were going to send me home with what could've turned into a kidney infection if not treated immediately. I had to insist for them to check my exams in depth and send me home with antibiotics. Turn out the tests were positive and going home without medicine would've turned into a worse situation. The receptionists here are extremely rude and unwilling to help.

I called to make an appointment and told the receptionist what kind of check-up I needed. I was told by this annoyed-sounding receptionist that she would call me back and she never did. Clearly they don't care about people's health.

Do not recommend this walk in clinic to anyone. While I was in and out very quickly I felt extremely rushed by the doctor. Also, this is the only doctor I've ever been to where I had to pay for a referral. When I asked why I had to pay for a referral to a physiotherapist (whom I had to call to make my own appointment anyways) the receptionist was very rude and said "that's just the way we do things here".

Not recommended, they only care about money, not their patients. Be cautious, if you don’t have health care, they will tell you to pay CASH in advance before they do anything, no matter what they tell you how much you need to pay for the visit and exam, don’t trust them, especially the receptionist, she would tell you they can do it, and the cost is included, but after you paid, everything is additional cost, and don’t be surprised if you get a bill from lab or somewhere after a week or two

Great service! Friendly and very knowledgeable doctor. I went in because I had the flu, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommended.
