Paul has cooked every cuisine imaginable: from French, Continental, Californian, to East meets West, etc. Paul Walker has worked in banquet halls (Ella's BH, La Vedette, La Rosa, La Gondola), restaurants (Winstons, Hogans Inn, The Doctor's House), hotels (Four Seasons, Ramada Inn, Parkway Sheraton), and resorts (Wig-a-Mog-Inn, Chateau Woodland). He has held the position from pastry Chef, Executive Chef to Catering Manager and Assistant General Manager.
