Lost appointment/disappointing customer service
I bought a promo package for beauty by Nature and couldn't wait to use it. I spoke to the owner specifically to book my appointment, come the day of my session no appointment for me to be found. I had to sit around while the owner was called and when she did show, no apology was given and she laughed it off as a silly mistake. She said that they could "fit me in" in an hour. No offer of an apology or offer to make up the mistake. I was so upset. Despite the fact that I spent money on the promo I will not be returning. Lesson learned you get what you pay for.
