Meet the owner

For decades, Ron Grills has been fixing just about anything with a motor in it. When the opportunity arose for him to start Pronto Automotive in September of 1979, the mechanic jumped at the chance. His 5000-square-foot shop is efficiently run with six service bays, and a secure parts and inventory area.

One of the most important things for Ron is putting people’s minds at ease when they come in to service their car. “We’ll show the customer the problem and walk them around the car,” he says. “Then we’ll explain to them what needs to be done and educate them on what the concern is.” To further add to the customer experience, Ron offers coffee, Internet-enabled computers and a TV on site.
