I had my first vi...
I had my first visit last week for laser hair removal and botox, and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Tina was VERY knowledgeable regarding which procedure would best suit me, and the price was more then fair. Dr. Blair was awesome. She talked me through the steps, explained the procedure and was very thorough when doing the injections. I have never felt more comfortable in a setting like this before.
I would definitely come back for the friendly staff and treatments.
My experience at Spa Bellissima has always been top notch. The ladies are all professional and welcoming. They offer a variety of services and don't disappoint.

Tina and her staff at Spa Bellissima must be commended for their excellent service and professionalism. I have always been greeted with a smile, the wait time is short if any during which I have been offered a tea or water while waiting in the lounge. They are at the forefront of new skin care treatments and introduce new products and services to meet their clients needs. Dr. Blair is a gem and I have the utmost confidence in her. I leave knowing that I have been well looked after.
We are lucky to have such a spa in Milton.

I go to Spa Bellissima at least once a month, I love this place! The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgable, and I always leave feeling fantastic. I'm a huge fan of the hydrafacial, and their manicures too! If you're not from Milton, it's totally worth the trip. This place is a treasure!
I was into Spa Bellissima last week and had a wonderful facial with Stacey. She was very thorough and knowledgeable and I left the treatment room feeling that it was something that I wanted to do again. The customer service was excellent from the moment I entered the spa until the moment I left. I give a thumbs up to this spa and look forward to my next visit.
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was not acknowledged by any staff member until another customer actually said "this lady was here first, please look after her first". Not a good start.
I saw Dr. Blair to have a few body marks removed. I was supposed to have 5 marks removed and the 5 areas were all numbed with an injection. She removed 3 of the marks but then placed bandages over all 5 of the locations. I specifically asked whether she had removed the other 2 marks because I didn't think she had. She assured me she did.
The next day when I removed the bandages to clean the areas, I realized the 2 marks had not been removed. I called the Spa and let them know what happened. I was told someone would return my call in a few minutes. No one called me back all day. I called again in the evening and was told someone would again return my call in a few minutes. When someone finally called me, they were not apologetic AT ALL and informed me I could simply come back in and have them removed and that Dr Blair was "really good about that kind of thing". At this point, I did not want to return there but wished to just be reimbursed for the marks not removed.
However, I was informed there was actually no price difference so I was not "out" anything and if I didn't want to come back, there was nothing they would do. I explained that even though I supposedly wasn't charged anything extra for those marks, I still thought the customer service was very poor and the situation was unacceptable. I had unnecessary needles to numb the area, specifically asked if they had been removed, but because I was supposedly not "owed' any money, it was too bad for me. I didn't even receive a real apology over the situation - it seemed to be viewed as a simple administrative error. Very unprofessional. Even if there was no price difference, if you want to keep your customers, you find a way to make the situation right.
