Service department is the best I experienced.

I purchased a vehicle last year at this dealership. The sales experience was ''interesting'' Typical innacuracies and stretching of the truth in the sales department with the salesperson and sales manager. But eh! Principles of self interest apply.

2010 Civic

I purchased a 2010 Civic from Chris in November and had a great experience. This is my 5th Honda that I have owned and had bought the previous 4 in Mississauga. I moved to Milton about a year ago and visited Team Honda being in my community. They treated me better than I could have expected and everyone was very courteous and friendly. They have one of the nicest dealerships I have ever seen with an amazing waiting area, retail shop and wii for my kids in the kids area. I also went back a few weeks later and purchased a snowblower from them but luckily I havent needed it as of yet! Thanks Chris and the employees of Team Honda.

I had an appointment for service and had the shuttle service booked in advance. I arrived at the dealership and talked to the service guy. He had the shuttle ready and waiting for me. Thanks for making sure I got to work on time. Kepp up the GREAT work guys!

Great Place

The service department was very clean and organized. I love the drive in service area so when it is raining or cold I can just come right inside! Very good planning! The waiting area is very nice with tea and water and I love the children's area so my kids can keep busy.

Fantastic Service!

I was not aware that there was an outstanding recall on my vehicle, and they contacted me to make me aware of the situation. Without that, I would have driven a vehicle that was unsafe for me and my family. Will definately be back!

Fast and Friendly! The service and parts staff are very knowledgeable. The waiting lounge was comfortable and the coffee was fresh. I was surprised to find out that they sold clothing and Oakley sunglasses.

My Parts Department Expierience

I need to get some parts for both my 2009 CBR125 and my wifes 2007 CRV. I had called to get some quotes from the staff there and immediately was impressed with the way they handled all my questions. The one thing I didnt think would happen is they required me to come in and pay for my parts first before they were ordered. They told me the next time I needed something I woul djust have to call and leave my credit card info and I wouldnt need to come in. The staff there had saved my quote, and although they didnt have all the parts I needed in stock they did have them the next day. All in all great service. Would recommend.

Motorcycle service dept is weak at best.

One of the mechanics (stubby) youll know why if you see him, took my bike out for a joy ride on the street after he decided it not safe for the road. I did have an other bike saftyed there though one without a battery at all! which is not leagal if it stalls on a dark road at night. But they still found it neccessary to charge me for over tightening my chain. All motorcycles are not created equally. Thus the test ride.

Our technician inspected the motorcycle and road test as a requirement for mechanical inspection. Upon return to our facility our team recognized that this was an exclusively off road motorcycle that was modified to be put on the road. This practice is not longer allowed in Ontario as per the MTO. Just doing our job. We would be happy to address the chain issue. Sincerely Team Honda
