The Brick

Purchased a mattress and pillows from The Brick. When delivered to my house, the delivery company destroyed a tree on my property when reversing into the drive way. I had to run out screaming and waving my hands for them to stop. At that point they were upset they had to park on the street and walk the items over. Items were tossed at front door, boxes ripped open. Mattress defective, property damaged = Not the bricks fault because the thrid party company delivering. WILL NOT SHOP AT THE BRICK

I was in store today about to return my. Bar chairs. Due to sales rep. Mistake. But store manager. Mr Asad is unhappy. No customer skills. Very rude personality. Even though he is just Manager and employee of Brick. He shouted @me out from store.

Rog is such a great guy and very helpful. I’ve been dealing with him for years and he has made the all these purchases so easy. I will continue to promote him and this store for their professionalism.
