    Brutal

    I also discovered C - Tech carpet cleaning through an advertisement on Teambuy. Seemed like a good idea at the time. On two occassions that I had the company booked to do a cleaning, no one showed up. No problem, I am flexible even though I waited around for hours. When Ravie showed up the following day he was apologetic. Great. He cleaned one room and a hallway as well as an 8 x 10 area carpet as well as a very small area rug. It took him about 20 mins and he was "done". The carpets looked fine to me and I told him that I would probably recommend the company to others. My family and I left for the day/night so that the carpet would dry. Upon our return I was horrified to see two enormous stains on my upstairs carpet. They were not there before. I don't know much about carpet cleaning but obviously something happened because of the moisture. I contacted Ravie right away and asked him for help. His response was cold and rude. He claimed absolutely no responsiblity and told me it must have been one of my kids that caused the stain. What? Seriously? Anyways, other emails occurred and I realized that this man had absolutely no integrity. Great lesson for me but still not sure what to do about the carpet!

    Stay Away from This Business

    I strongly recommend not doing business with these individuals unless you have extra time and money to burn. Stay from from this business. They like to advertise unbelievable low rates via Groupon, Dealfind, Yumdeal, deliverthedeals, swarmjam, dealcompactor, torontodealsblog websites. When they come to your home, they are already expecting you to add more to the already agreed upon services (which you bought online) If you tell them, you don't need any extra cleaning and you are good with what the deal comes with, they will take that personally and make you realize that you have troubled then for $39.00 dollars and how they had to drive all the way just for a small amount of money. They will also get mad and ask you for a $10.00 surcharge and other charges which they say you have not paid for. Also the job they performed, left my carpet wet for almost 8 hours and that's all I got out of it. The carpet was as dirty as before and did not show any visible improvement. The job this person did is the most sloppiest job I have ever seen from a professional cleaning company. He was done within 12-15 minutes and packing his stuff in the van. These guys are thriving on the idea that, its OK if there are no repeat customers, as long as they keep getting the new ones. I personally do not believe anyone who dealt with them will call them again. The only reason they are in business is because they find new victims via these online coupon places mentioned above. I strongly recommend not doing business with these individuals unless you have extra time and money to burn.
