Poor management of customer service as a rule
Everytime it's noticed very poor management of customer service in this branch. Usually everybody can see the long lines of customers inside. And at the same time a few employees keep floating all around without any interest to help to tellers to handle the customers. It's so simple, just to put 2 more tellers at customer service at those rush-hours! Everytime I went to this CIBC branch I wanted to report about this situation, but had no time. Just to say that all of the above I discribed was continiuing everytime during at least 11 months from Sept 2010 till August 2011. I hope it had changed so soon or it still can be improved.
