A genuine Irish establishment in the heart of Mississauga with all the usual pub fare. Failte is the first Irish pub in Canada to incorporate several different concepts in one place. There are many authentic handcrafted furniture and antique type pieces of genuine Irish bric-a-brac that adorn the many nooks and crannies throughout the pub. Failte has the largest heated patio in Mississauga and specializes in functions like sporting events, live entertainment, office parties and group gatherings.More...
A fun place for a weekend night out. Extremely busy, often good live music, heated patio for smokers. Crowd is primarily college-age which is not really a selling factor for me, but a fun time nonetheless.
Not a fan of this place. Didn't like the service, it took us quite a while to get our drinks, or for the bartenders to even make eye contact to place the initial order. The crowd is a young crowd, early 20s, and immature. I found the employees, the bouncers, to be quite rude. Will not attend again.
This Pub is always my first choice here in Mississauga. I went last night with a large group of friends and was not let down.
The atmosphere was great and the bartenders are top notch. You'd be hard pressed to find a bar or pub with better bartenders than this one. They are fast and friendly and will not struggle with any orders you throw at them.
The food for is excellent as far as Pub fare goes, but of course it's not the same as food from a fancy restaraunt.
the live entertainment at night is usually also very good and the crowd gets into the music and creates a lively atmosphere.
Failte is also great for a lunch or an after work beer and the patio is outstanding in the summer.
I'll continue to go for as long as I live in the area. Can't ask for more for an Irish Pub experience.
Went there for St. Patrick's day. The food was average, but the service sucked. After my friend gave the server a $5 tip for a simple chicken fingers and fries, not so much as a THANK YOU was said, or even an acknowledgement. In fact, the waiter refused to serve us water, unless we ordered a drink and was extremely rude. I get that it's St. Patrick's day, but we're still paying customers. Furthermore, the staff, particularly the bouncers, seem to only care about their pay cheque as they allowed customers to maliciously make racially degrading comments to us. The bouncers response was "They're regulars, what do you want me to do?" hmmm...

Failte's is a great afterwork and night pub with the regions best bartenders. I often come in for business lunches and afterwork to wind down. The decor is something not to be missed, the entertainment is top notch. Unlike other dingy pubs this place is classy, a place you can bring your date. You can find a private booth/nook or get out on one of the best patios in Mississauga.
The menu is extensive, the food far superior to so called "pub fare". A great selection of beers on tap and the best wings in town.
