Kids Zone Child Care Centre

Amazing teachers. They are all very caring and love the kids. We have been going there for 7 years for my two kids since they were babies. My kids come home happy and it shows they had a wonderful time during the day.

Great Staff Horrible Management

KidsZone Child Care Centre is clean and has an amazing staff. They will treat your children as if they are there own. They are very kind and loving, and hard working. i was a bit worried when I enrolled my daughter at 2 but it was a great experience for her. She responded well to her teachers and improved very well. I had a second child and never thought twice about enrolling him when the time was right. He loved his teachers. You can tell when your child responds well to teachers when the stretch their arms out when you drop them off. However, the owner is horrible. She is great ans all smiles when you come in for the tour and when you are handing over your paper work, but after that, you never she her. She never interacts with the children nor does she have any idea of what good customer service is. She talks down to people and has no idea what goes on in the daycare. She see you walking in the hallways and won't even say good morning, PLUS she treats her employees HORRIBLY!!! if your looking for a centre where your child will be taken care of by GREAT staff, this is the place. If your looking for respect and fair treatment then this is not the place for you.

Think again

Thinking of putting your children into kids zone! Think again. My daughter attends this daycare. The rooms are a bit dark and this place is old. There is a problem with heating and cooling as it is cold in the winter and really hot during the summer. I would like to move my child into another daycare but she loves the other kids. Also, I heard the employees are not treated fair so this reflects on children.
