Poor customer service. Took my $200 deposit never returned it. The owner and salespeople never responded to my emails never picked up telephone and yet the owner found time to write a complaint about me. Does that make any sense? Why didnt he contact me on the phone or send me an email? These people are dishonest cowards.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS If I could give a negative star rating, I would. I made a $1500 purchase on Oct 13, 2020. They immediately took payment. 2 weeks later with multiple ignored texts, emails and unanswered phone calls. They finally claimed my product had shipped but could not provide me with a tracking number and even referenced 2 different couriers. After hounding them for days for a simple tracking number, I asked for $ back. We’ll see if I get it.

LA Music Canada is not honest. On Reverb.com had listed my item as Brand new and Open Box , but it was not the case. The item has been received WITHOUT the original box-cables-manual, there are TWO missing screws in the back plus TWO Quality Control stickers in the back (QC10 and QC15), indicating this item was damaged at some point and repaired in 2015 (the Q10 is for the original year of manufacturing when my item first came out). I asked for a full refund, they refused !

I purchased a 2014 120th anniversary Les Paul Jr. from LA Music. The guitar arrived in timely fashion and as advertised it is in mint condition. As I am in the U.S., I thought I would have to pay excise tax, but I didn't. Overall, it was a great transaction and I will definitely do business with LA Music again.

Everything you could want in a music store

Whenever I've shopped here, I've always received quick and helpful customer service. The people working there know their stuff, and I've always left with exactly what I needed. They stock all the major brands, their prices are very reasonable, and more importantly, they Keep things in stock. Having worked there for a short time, I can say for certain that it's as pleasant a place to work at as it is to shop at. L.A. Music gets 5 stars from me.

BEST MUSICAL INSTRUMENT STORE IN CANADA !

Best selection in the country. I play keyboards and guitar and my son plays guitar (they probably have 1,000 guitars in stock!) and this store has everything you need. The guitars are on the first floor, lessons on the second floor (my son`s teacher is great and the lessons are inexpensive!) and drums, keyboards and pro audio are on the third floor. We have travelled all over Canada and the U.S.A, and L.A. Music is right up there with any of the big U.S. stores. The staff is awesome, great service! We actually moved to B.C. for a few years but we still purchased everything from L.A. Music online.....free shipping! Check this store out, I bought my first guitar from this store in 1979!
