3 delivery schedules,and I am still waiting to receive my furniture. The latest excuse was that they had a problem with the truck and was unable to deliver as confirmed. Today, I was told that they will deliver this evening between 5 and 6pm. At this point, I am very discouraged and I am wondering what their excuse will be this time. I am having a very uneasy feeling about this company.
Did not receive my furniture's at the right time but a week after the time given. Asked for a chocolate brown bedroom set and got a black one. They did not provide any instructions on how to connect the mirror with the dresser and provided no screws or anything to connect it to the dresser. I went back to their store, they showed me how to connect the mirror, and told me to buy my own screws when I asked for the screws. And I was also less of one screw for the bed, which they did not give me. Clearly disappointed with this company. I paid a lot of money for the furniture and they did not provide me with everything that was needed.
Very good customer service and very good prices. What people say is totally different. Me and my friends bought mattresses from there. They gave us very good price for mattresses. M happy with the mattress n wish them a good business.
Purchased item with VISA over 2 weeks ago, 3 missed delivery dates so far, with no contact to let us know they are not coming. I have taken time off work to wait on 3 occasions. I am now forced to file a complaint with VISA in order to try get the order cancelled, and have the payment refunded. This is the only time in 50 years of life that I have been treated like this. They are nice before payment. and then they are not nice after receiving payment. Beware!

All the negative reviews are true. Please avoid this place all together. You're better off paying more at a bigger store. We were given serve real delivery dates and time. We had the wrong product delivered. When they finally showed up to deliver our product half the order was missing. We tried calling to get an update on our order and they had disconnected their voicemail. Save yourself the frustration.
I dont knw y people gave them bad reviews so far i got the best deal and service in that plaza.
Do not deal with these low lives. If you want horrible service, horrible quality furniture. Don't dare pick out anything from a catalogue because that's not what they will ship you. They will send you a piece of junk that should go straight in the garbage. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I would rate them -10 out of 5.
Service and Delivery- Terrible! I have been lied to about my delivery on several occasions. I have been promised 3 delivery dates so far and we are now moving on our 4th scheduled delivery date (however I strongly doubt our product will be delivered by this point). The manager even had the nerve to complain to me about the 'types' of customers he gets to defend himself for his unacceptable business practices and behaviour. This is a business which has absolutely no respect and zero consideration for their patrons or their time and money. Please buy from a reputable company where you have rights as a customer so as to avoid being given the run around.
Recently purchased my Sofa and dining table from their amazing condition and within the promised delivery time and they also gave me a gift with my sofa & dining table. Will always go back from there to purchase other stuff in the future.
The customer service is absolutely terrible!! We had purchased a couch from Sam back in February. Within 5 - 7 days it was delivered, and right away we noticed a rip in the couch. We contacted La Masion right away and even sent them pictures of the rip in the couch. Sam had promised that he would either fix the existing couch, or provide us with a new one. It has now been 4 months and we still do not have a new couch! After about 3 months, they attempted to deliver a new couch to us, unfortunately they brought the wrong couch!! This store just jerks you around and refuses to own up to their mistakes. I am outraged by the customer service, and was often yelled at by the so called 'manager' This was absolutely the worst experience we have ever had!!!
About 3.5 weeks ago, I went in to purchase furniture. Excited, we ended up buying a few items and were PROMISED it would be delivered within a week. It has been 3.5 weeks and we have not yet received our furniture and have been toyed witt every single day... constantly being told that "we will deliver it today" - every single day!!!!! And anytime I have called, no one picks up. When someone does, they hang up because they know I am right. To top it off, the furniture that was promised is not what we received. You pay ALL that money to receive something broken is different and not even on time! I will highly recommend NOT purchasing furniture from this place. Any other positive reviews posted must have been written their very own people as many people warned us not to go there. I would have rather paid more money but received professional service than "try to find a deal" and not even receive what I was suppose to receive. It is so sad to think that insincere people exist that take advantage of your kindness and patience. If you do choose to purchase furnatire from this place - DO NOT PAY THE FULL AMOUNT UP FRONT AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! There are numerous great shops along the strip and would recommend any other shop but that one! PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!
I bought bedroom set n sofa(sectional) from them n was really pleased with the service.i do recommend ppl to give them business.
DO NOT BUY FROM LA MAISON FURNISHINGS. THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. THEY ARE RUDE AND DELIVER BAD QUALITY FURNITURE AND DO NOT FIX THEIR PROBLEM LIKE A REAL BUSINESS.
