Total lack of customer service. Stuff is busy talking to each other to kill time, they dont even bother to acknowledge that you are waiting to talk to them. Personal trainers dont pay attention to the clients... checking phones or looking away instead making sure the exercise is done properly. Its a big joke!

BEautiful from the distance, inside another story. Dirty, every single part of the facility, the weight area, the classes, the mats, the weights (Every time I use them I end up with fungus on my palms that now wont clear), the yoga room is never cleaned, it is disgusting. Walmart are twinning Walmart washrooms.... Quality of staff to majority under qualified, and clueless..... Mainly kids. The pools are also filthy, I would be hesitant to go in .... What a shame for such a great brand.

Snobbish admin staff that don't know how to provide good customer service. All they know how to do is cancel your membership - after they take one more month premium of course. If you don't like their service feel free to pay for one more month and never come back again. NO SERVICE FOR YOU!

Stay away

This gym is dirty... Whenever I picked my baby up from daycare, her hands, feet and clothing was black, the staff doesn't make the kids or the parents take their shoes off before they enter the daycare center. The shoe rack is all the way at the back of the facility where they have their precious foam play structures that they don't want the kids to ruin, only there the staff makes sure that the kids take their shoes off. I've only attended the gym for a month and got a nasty fungal skin infection, which took me a month and tons of expensive medications to get rid off. Not only did they not acknowledge the sanitary issues they have or refund my money for the month that I had to spend home (I couldn't attend the gym because the fungal infection was highly contagious) they said that they'll charge me for the next month because I have to give 30 days notice.
