I had a list of 3 serious issues with my cell phone. A gentleman named Johnny helped me sort everything out in a very professional timely manner.

Definitely my go-to electronic store. In 2015, I had cracked my phone screen and was told to go to link it up, as recommended by a friend. I have been a loyal customer ever since and have never regretted giving multiple electronic items to this team. I have always received a solid diagnosis at prices I found to be very reasonable, and the customer service has never been less than amazing in all my experiences. It is very evident how much they value their customers. I recommend link it up 100%!

Amazing service, the employees went above and beyond to help me out with my device that I was locked out of, their help was outstanding they were patient with me, and their service was outstanding. Definitely would visit again, they also offered useful tips to get the most out of my device. The individuals working are very well educated on all the devices and were able to get me sorted out in a short period of time! Would definitely recommend!!

BAD SERVICE - Avoid if you can

BAD SERVICE - Avoid if you canOverall bad experience.... 2 interactions and there will not be a third.... Took my phone to repair the lock button, they promised a call back and never called. when I got the phone they damaged the sensor on top of the phone. now during a call the screen does not lock and keeps switching to speaker...... however they fixed the lock button!!! Asked for pricing on a part, again promised a call back and never got one.... the quote I was given was over $100 more than another store.... Bottom line they dont care and they did a sloppy job... Their Accessories are very reasonably priced hence the one star....
