    Not sure about their service because when I was about to take the decision to go ahead with them I just receive a very rude and not professional text message from one of the Sales Rep. They seems to have a lot of customers and just don't have the time to take care of your case.

    If you are applying for permanent residency for a parent or grandparent (or another immigration category that only accepts a certain number of applications a year), this is THE place to go. Last year, I sent an application to Immigration Canada via FedEx, and it arrived after the cap had been reached. Chris at Metro Mississauga makes sure he arrives early in the morning, and he hands in the applications he's delivering in long before FedEx arrives. And our application was accepted. Thank you!
