no shuttle, nothing from the airport itself. ended up taking a taxi even though i have my credit card insurance, they were trying to sell their 25$ a day insurance to me,.got the car and proceeded to inspect it for damage. multiple scratched and dents, stains in the backseat. no interior or exterior washing, and when i checked the fluids there was almost no oil in the car. the little bit there was inside was black and thick, obvious it had not been checked or changed in a long time.
Rude men here that obviously disrespect women! I was forced to pay for crossing the border even though I didn't do it! I wasn't told this was a non-refundable item when I mentioned I MIGHT cross for a day. They also gave me a car that wasn't full of gas. I contacted Payless when I got home and got a disrespectful response (surprise) saying they wouldn't refund the $13. The man addressed me as "Hello Dear" in his reply. They have an F rating with the BBB. Not surprising!
The location isn't "Terminal rental counter and pick-up" even though that's what the receipt says. There were no directions either on the receipt or in the airport to get to the rental location. There was no signage at the shuttle pickup area to the hidden phone kiosk where you call for the shuttle which took at least 45 minutes to arrive even though the location was 5 minutes away. Poor customer service, I would never use this company again.
