Was supposed to be charged $115.51 and instead, I was charged $168.31 because of underage fees. I was fine with this. When I went back home and saw my CC statements, they charged an additional $25 fee (without any receipts and explanations). When I asked about what the charges were, they told me it was because of cancelling another

Very unfriendly. Never welcomed. The man tried to charge me OVER TRIPLE the amount that was written - $380 vs. $90. Very deceptive employees and front. Would never recommend this. Not reliable nor trustworthy - whether payment or rides to and from the airport. Please, do not go. It’s not worth it for you or your family.

My flight flew in 2 hours late so I landed at 12:30am. I lugged my luggage to the designated pick up spot (Which requires a long walk to the train, train 2 stations and another walk to the ground level) and called and called only to hear on their voicemail that their hours of operation closes so I was stranded and they d idnt care they still charged me!!!!

Very happy with the SUV I rented for the price I paid. People are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this company any day but if you have your own insurance take it with you to avoid insurance charges. Otherwise expect to get a new car at a very good price
Very happy with the service I received and the upgrade to a mid sized SUV. Have rented at their other locations and I'm always happy with the pricing and their service. Will definitely be back.

It was the worst experience I have ever had while renting a car. I had to wait 1 hour and a half to get the car I wanted and the manager did not want to take responsibility. He wasn't at the office but the clerc called him explaining their internal problems while trying to deliver my car and he simply didn't want to hear about it. When I demanded to speak to him he hung up the phone. I had to harass them to compensate me for the time
routes is very unprofessional. Just booked twice and had to face so many issues.
i will address the issues here:
1. They force me to use a different credit card because the card i wanted to used didnt have platinum written. Their understanding is that only platinum card has car rental collision. Even though my credit card clearly covers car rental collision. I showed them online that my card covers but they wont accept and want platinum
Impolite, told us we could drop off the vehicle by 10PM and get a shuttle to the airport , however the shuttle drivers go home at 6PM. Absolutely dissatisfied with the service. We will not return here and give them our business. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else
First this is by no way an Airport location as they claim.
This location is off of Rexdale blvd, in an industrial area. 20-30 mins drive depending the time of day
The service is terrible and lots of hidden fine print.

Rented a premium SUV 2 weeks ago to travel to California. Customer service was awesome! The price was truly the lowest in town. 5 stars. Will definitely recommend this rental company to my family and friends!!
