    HI there, I have been going to this shoppers drug mart for a long time and I have nothing but good things to say about this location. The service is excellent and the staff really treat their customers with so much respect. From the cosmeticians to the cashiers and the pharmacist too. What a wonderful team!!! I am always treated kindly there. Today I was there and I was waiting in line when someone tried to go in front of me and the cashier noticed and told the lady that I was there first.

    I went into retur...

    I went into return some stuff from another shoppers and the "supervisor", Andrea was very rude and useless. I had my receipt, the items were unopened, and I had purchased them a week ago. First, she told me they couldn't return it because they didn't carry the items at this store I went and looked, and saw them there. I called her back, her excuse then was that she couldn't change the price of the items because I had purchased them on sale. I think she just says no to everyone. she didn't seem to want to do any work. being a loyal shoppers drug mart shopper, I think Walmart low prices are becoming more appealing after this experience.
