    Still waiting for my 3 seater couch. Bought it on Black Friday and its April 6th. I tried to call customer service but they are now routing calls to an answering service. This is pretty bad....

    Waiting 3 months now for my bedroom dresser. Terrible service in finding out when I will receive it. No idea when, paid cash for my bedroom set. They were quit to take my money though not quick to resolve my issue. Discussed in their replies.

    I recently purchased an appliance. The salesperson was not honest about when the product would be available. Once it finally was in stock, i had 4 different delivery dates when they simply did not show up. Turns out they had added extra costs to my bill after the fact without my knowledge. They rarely answer the phone when you call, it is extremely difficult to get a manager to call you back and impossible to get a response from anyone from Head office. Never again will I shop there.

    I purchase a coffee table with a lift up top in May 2019, by October I had to contact the Brick to have it replaced as the screws holding on the top were loosening themselves each time you opened it. Received replacement finally Dec 7th and when I opened a drawer it wont close because it is broken! Now I have to take more time to complete forms to have to wait again for a new one. Is there no quality control? Was not a cheap piece either. Not happy

    Im in the middle of moving to a new place and had been searching for a new sofa for a while until I came to Brick. The choices were great and affordable. Above all else, the customer service was fantastic. Thank you Sushant for your help! I highly recommend going here for your furniture needs!

    Great service ! Needed a price adjustment and within minutes the sales rep was fulfilling the task. Buying our appliances was easy, the team made ire we got something that fit size wise and budget! Super staff ! Plus the price match can’t be beat !! Also delivery worked out well

    I bought a bed and mattress set from the Dundas and Dixie location. I wish I never did! They tell you one thing and do another. I was told they didn’t have the box spring in stock at the time I purchased the set and it would be delivered at a later time that week and to just make a call to insure it will be sent that day. I called the brick and they had no record of this. I was told I didn’t purchase a set. This along with 3 other errors. 2 weeks later and I still don’t have what I paid for.

    worst ever. I bought a bedroom suite the 11 of February and was told it would be ready on the 1st of March of course it never arrived so called them and they said it would be ready the 10th of March they called and confirmed on the Thur so my husband stripped the whole room and waiting for it to arrive. He called at 11 no we don’t have it 😡 then it came yesterday . They delivered half of the bed DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE. So we called and were told the rest of the bed is not in stock. HALF A BED??

    I don't even want to give even a star to this location. I don't want to mention her name here but I am writing the Brick for her unprofessional attitude. She is the kind of sales consultant who should not be doing this job if she doesn't have the patience to deal with costumers. She was rude! I have never been insulted in my life before. She threw the question to us as to who makes the decision in purchasing the sectional, and by the way, she means the one who makes more money!

    Worst Repair Service ever for Furniture delivered broken

    This Brick has provided the worst service I have ever encountered. I ordered a bedroom set with storage drawers. When I received it, two drawers wouldn't open. On Sept 24 I had a repair man come to just take a picture of it and leave with no information. I had to contact Service multiple times. It is now December 14 and I am still waiting repair for this. The furniture repair contacts were unhelpful and rude. Absolutely appalling service. I will never purchase from the Brick again.

    Firstly, I am surprised that the manager Vicki at this location has a job. Terrible customer service! She speaks down to customers. The girls that work downstairs in 'customer service' also get a thumbs down, specifically Lindsey'. It's been over 90 days since my complaint which was for 2 torn leather sofas because the leather is like cardboard and cracked! Bad Boy is up the street Store manager Tina was great and I gladly purchased a new bedroom set, dining set and TV.

    I would advice you to never shop at the brick. I was disrespected and treated very bad by the sales manager. She was very unprofessional, and made very upset with her attitude. I refunded all my products , and plan to never go back to any brick store location ever again.

    I visited over the weekend to buy a dining room set for my home. I found a dining set that I liked totaling $4500. I sat to fill out the delivery form and make payment when I began to cough. I asked him for a water. He pointed downstairs to customer service. They laughed at me, and thought I was crazy to request free water. Then I knocked on the Managers door, he thought I was insane. Free water he said? So I walked out the door and will never re-enter. The Brick you suck!

    Awful awful servi...

    Awful awful service. Ordered 4 pieces of furniture. One got back ordered a month and didn't tell us till we called two days before delivery. Then delivery was half hour past three hour window given. Delivery driver extremely rude. Their truck was completely disorganized so they had to unload everything to get our stuff out; took almost 2 hours. One piece of furniture showed up chipped. And the delivery men left a horrible mess of footprints and bits of packaging allll over brand new floors. Awful awful awful

    Never ever go to this location. The staff are very rude. The manager does not even say hello or good bye. She should not be doing that job. She is a real snob and rude person. I have never been treated so badly than at the Mississauga location. I was going to purchase a $2000 mattress and it felt like I was doing them a favour. The staff were horrible and I left so appalled than I would never set foot in this place again. I called another location and they helped me tremendously and I got the ma
