I called Tire Terminal, and at no charge, they checked all four tires for alignment. They identified the problem and suggested some remedies. This is the kind of service that builds my loyalty.
I consider myself very fussy especially when it comes to jobs done right and getting good value for my hard-earned money. So when it came to buying tyres for my car, I did my research and I can fully, completely, definitely, absolutely and honestly recommend The Tire Terminal at 1770 Britannia Road East in Mississauga for both great value and exceptionally great and respectful service.
The winter tyres I bought from them back in 2003 are still in excellent condition after 18 winters!
This place used to be good, but turned ugly now. The moment you enter, they would make you wait in line, while they finish with their private conversations, even though there’s no one else ahead of you, its a joke. Awful response towards customer, they don’t care at all. This year 2020, they’ve doubled their storage fee to 120$ per season ( it was 120$ for the whole year before). Almost 56$ for a tire swap. Guys, honestly, there are much better places for lesser money minus the shitty attitude
Great quick service. I use the commercial side for truck tires. usually a lady minute thing and they always do a professional job. The counter staff is awesome. I suggest you give them a shot for all your tier needs and make up your own mind.
I gave them a one star only because it won’t let me give them a ZERO star rating!
We have used this company for YEARS sent all our friends and family tho them, UNTIL one of their workers damaged a brand new $500 rim, & refuse to replace the rim or compensate for their unprofessionalism! They were ignorant on the phone, hung up on my husband & told him that it wasn’t their problem! People work hard for the nice things they do have, & to have to deal with this.....SO DISGUSTING!
good kwnoledgeable counter sales person, explained the new tires, rims , sensors, etc, gave alternative comparable tire brand, without any sales pressure, I bought my summer tires from them, and now to buy my winters, on new rims, also I am going to buy set of winters and rims for my wife,s corolla, thaks Dave, Kam G
