    Phoned to inquire the cost to service my furnace. I was told by some fellow that it would be $90.00 plus tax. When I got my bill it was $164.00 plus tax. Called the office and told them about the amount I was told and they said that my water heater was serviced as well. I told the lady at the office I wouldn't have the water heater serviced as I was replacing it. The lady I talked to ask me for the name of the person who told me the cost would be $90.00. Never deal with them again.

    Wow Chuck I have to say I am shocked to see this review considering we have spoken multiple times since this, including rectifying the charge for you AND doing more work for your own business.

    I hired them to install a bathtub and tub surround. Cancelled on me 3 times, then when they did show up the work that was done was so shoddy our bathtub is unusable. 1 month of trying to get them to come fix it, the rude staff at their office continue to argue with me and claim no responsibility for the damage and poor instillation job. They have left my wife and 3 young children without a way to properly bathe in our own home and expect me to pay them labour and materials to fix their mistake!

    HI Philip, This has been discussed with both you and your dad (who hired us). The plumber installed customer supplied materials including customer supplied adhesive for the tub surround. Our plumber did offer to use our own supplies however you asked him to use the stuff you provided. If you have received an invoice it was not from us as it has not been invoiced we advised you to find someone else.

    October 24, 2014 My family and I recently had to make a decision to purchase a new furnace for our home. After a small amount of research it was clear to us who we would hire to install the new furnace. We called Mike from JJ McLellan & Son and he was extremely helpful and took the time to explain how things worked and discussed the best options for us , he really made the purchasing very easy. The installation of our new furnace and hot water tank was very professional as well , they took care
