The worst place to be, rude and unprofessional staff. Returned my car half finished just because of the long weekend that was coming ahead. They wanted rental car back from me or else threatened me for being responsible for rental payment. Insurance company refused to continue with the claim because because of them and got stuck with damaged and incomplete car.

terrible. took 4 days to get an estimate that was outrageous. as a result my car was written off, took cash settlement from insurance and kept my car. given a hard time when I went to pick up my car. shop did not remove all the blue markings they put on the car. I had to wash and remove markings myself. my car was left outside unlocked and some items were missing from inside the car when I picked it up, insurance company talked to manager about unlocked car and missing items,no contact from mana

If you don't mind wasting all your time waiting your car get the repair done, I would totally recommend this place. Takes a week to get an estimate done, never updates you any information even the estimate was done. Make false promises, called the day before to confirm pick up date and time turns out they cannot make it. Repair that can done in a week in other stores takes three weeks in here. Terrible services, never apologized for any compliants.

Absolutely Horrendous

This shop is an absolute joke. If you are unlucky enough to have your car hit, do not make your situation worse by taking it here. I have left my car with them for a total of a week so far and they have taken six screws out and that's all. They want payment before they do any work and they will hold your vehicle if they aren't paid up front. Worst experience I have had with any shop. Will never bring anything there ever again as long as I own a vehicle.
