Very pleased since I started using Golden Ratio Tech Solutions to repair my computer. Jody is very talented at correctly diagnosing and repairing even difficult issues. The ASUS computer I bought has caused me nothing but frustration and regret. It would freeze, shut down, then restart on its own every 10-15 minutes. Jody diagnosed the problem was a faulty video card. Since he replaced the video card, my computer, it has worked perfectly.

Trustworthy and reliable, Jody did an excellent job fixing my computer that had viruses. He also remote accessed it when I was on the road and had problems. He a great person to know when you need help in a country where you don't speak the language and must have your computer!! I highly recommend his services.

I contacted Jody Grenier at Golden Ratio Tech Solutions about two weeks ago regarding some popups I was getting on my computer. He immediately connected via a secure remote connection and within an hour or so the problem was solved all without me having to leave the house. I subscribed to their Remote Support Membership plan about 3 months ago and it has saved me a pile of money in support fees since then. Great service, great value, quick response!
A few years ago I was urged by a good friend to contact Golden Ratio Tech Solutions as I had a horrible problem with my computer. It must have been my lucky day as I found that the owner, Jody Grenier, was such a refreshing change to other computer types I have met throughout my life.
