    Great Experience

    I purchased a Regency C33 gas stove from this company and had a great experience, start to finish. I wanted the convenience of a gas fireplace but the authentic look of a wood stove and they gave me just that. If you are in the market for a fireplace I highly recommend this company. The staff is friendly and very knowlegable. They're showroom is a must see. Situated in one of Newcastle's historic downtown buildings gives it such warmth and character. You will be pleasantly surprised. Thank you.

    HOW RUDE

    My husband and I visited this store looking to replace an existing fireplace and were met with the rudest man; he made me feel like I was intruding on his time, and apparantly he is one of the owners! I would never go back in this store again
