Newmarket Garage Doors are excellent, should have submitted a year ago when they installed our new Garage Doors....the installation was excellent, installer was friendly and neat and definitely knew what he was doing...I highly recommend this company, best service we have had in a long time. When your daughter buys her first home, as parents, you tend to gently guide her with reliable community based companies to provide necessary services. Right out of the gate, Donna and Tina were amazing in scheduling and quoting the service for a garage door installation. The tradesman that installed, simply phenomenal (a gift). Prompt, knowledgeable, tidy, and wonderfully kind. Parents sleep well when they know their children are safe and the services they pay for are reliable :)

The new garage door installation was done in a timely manner, site left very clean.
Most importantly the after service. There was a missunderstanding about a small detail. Carl, the owner went out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction and corrected the issue in a timely manner even though it cost the company money. I am a demanding customer and a perfectionist, but I could not be happier about the service.
The spring snapped on the garage door at my rental property. Newmarket Garage Doors took the address over the phone went to the property, fixed the problem and emailed me an invoice without me having to miss work to meet them at the property. The work was well done and the price was great!
I highly recommend Newmarket Garage Doors. We recently had new garage doors installed on our home in Bradford. From the moment that we first spoke to Carl while shopping and comparing, until the installer was finished the job, we were confident that we had chosen the most professional group of folks to work on our home. The installers were extremely competent and knowledgable and completed the job as promised and in record time! Everyone at the company was polite and friendly, and answered any and all questions that we had. It was refreshing to deal with a company that was proud of their product and their work!

We chose the Windemere style in the bronze color and it looks beautiful. The door runs very smooth and quiet. Would definitely recommend this company!
As one of your customers who had a very legitimate complaint
I felt that after trying to contact you 3 times and having
no success that this was not addressed. I would not try to
"smear your name." but as I said in the review an excellent
job was done in the quality of the door, but there was a missing
link in the communication for the aftercare.
After a year I was contacted by the company and the issue was resolved.
Carl replaced 3 garage doors for me. The product is excellent. His installers were professional and fast. The imaging tools to help with selecting the proper colour and look for my house were invaluable. I can't say enough good things about Newmarket Garage Doors.
The product was excellent but the after service was very poor,we call them to return to correct some issues with the installation and they never showed up,now is been a year and still no show.
I invite the client to call us in order to resolve any issue. No one has responded and how can they if they don't go to our site. I do not believe that this is a legitimate complaint. I think someone is desperate to have our name smeared as we stand behind our service 100 percent and rarely receive complaints and if we do we take care of them immediately.
