Matera Hotel O A Days Inn Near The Falls

I am very disappointed with what is going on days inn charged my credit card 365 and then 150 and when I left I payed on debit 179. They put the 365 back put they are holding the 150 because they can’t get in the room with the paperwork. It’s a hotel who can’t get into a room in there own hotel?!?!? And they don’t know when they can get in the room. The room smelled no wifi and the tv signal was terrible and no hot water in shower. This is unacceptable!
