Generally clean, good equipment, lots of space to work out, early morning hours work well for me. I have never interacted with staff so can't comment.

Brutal hours. Advertises as 24/7, but in reality isnt even close. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Clean facility with great trainers. However, the general manager, Lizzy I think her name is, has no idea what's going on and really wrecks the reputation of the company.

I have to say the positive first.. The equipment is generally clean, as well as the locker facility shower/washroom area. Good location. Now for the not so good... I find the staff (not all staff) very juvenile when addressing concerns or questions, very young staff is great but a little respect and maturity goes a long way.. I have also noticed clients WAITING for use of tanning due to staff using it. The hours are not actually 24/7. Staff needs more professional training. Disappointed.

Dumb Company

Dumbest company in the world. they love taking your money. Never sign up for the Personal Training Sessions. Biggest rip off in the world. The amount you are paying, you can find someone at the gym who been working out for awhile and make a deal with that person rather then paying thousands of dollars.
