Breakfast in Niagara Falls

Best Breakfast Ive had in a restaurant in a very long time. Great friendly service!! Tell Julie the owner Gretz sent you and order the Western Sandwich, home fries the best sandwich anywhere. It's like a breakfast version of "Cheers" you visit once and "everyone will know your name".

Worst experience ever. Zero stars isn’t an option otherwise, that’s what I would rate it.Out of all the restaurants I could have visited, I gave this place a shot only to wait 30 minutes for a table and have the owner be very rude to us from the very beginning. Didn’t stay to try the food because the food couldn’t have been good enough to make up for the horrific service. Poor being an understatement. The owner himself said “if you don’t like it, you can leave. I don’t care”.

This little restaurant has huge beliefs in great food ,fast service and a friendly relaxing environment .It's a great spot for a quick meal if your in a rush or nice spot to slow down to relax.

Best Restaurant in The Falls Scoops

Scoops is the Best resaturant I have been to, The best Breakfast, just moved to the Falls, last time I cook breakfast, Scoops is the place to go..cooked to order, owners and staff the best, best prices in town, if you dont try Scoops then you've missed the falls completely. I promise you wont be disappointed, they have me hooked. they cook them the way you like em..Hats off to Scoops.prices great..cya off to breakfast.

Great breakfast

Don't know why people complain so much. The breakfast my wife and I had was excellent! Eggs made to order (and getting it right!), 3 huge, fresh sausages, excellent home fries. Had a hard time putting it all away and the server was very nice and friendly. No bones to pick with the quality of the food or service and you can't get a breakfast like that anywhere in the Falls for $4.95. (Coffee extra but bottomless cup!)

Best Little Restaurant in Niagara

We spent 9 days in Niagara Falls and 8 of those days we had breakfast at Scoops. Before others criticize the owners and the restaurant, I would suggest that you try it first. The owners have a very friendly nature and are always willing to please. The atmosphere is similar to a kitchen party and you are greeted as you enter and made to feel like a long lost member of the family. Like I said, "try it and you will like it".

Food is mostly reheated, not homemade. They treat students like their not their customers. There lucky that they make good seasoning. Also an health concern, they use their barehands to make the food.

The atmosphere is homey with a very casual group of eaters. The food is great and the service is efficient and attentive. The breakfasts arrived hot and cooked properly with no burnt toast. A great place to eat.

Don't Drink the Water!

Had the breakfast, bacon and eggs and toast. Asked for a glass of water. The waiter/chef went a got a glass then went to the freezer and scooped out the ice with his bare unwashed hands and then filled the glass with water and served this to me. We wondered what hygiene practices were being ignored in the kitchen where we could not see. Will not visit again.
