    Ive been going to this place 15 years with same benefits and told they cant authorize until i show my benefits card ! Taking my business elsewhere

    Hope you don't need to call this pharmacy unless you have 20 minutes to wait on hold before anyone picks up (and this is at a "less busy than usual" time). Don't know how patient tolerate this
