The Harwoods do absolutely excellent work. Cody came to our house to help with what we thought was a huge problem. It turned out to be something he was able to fix on the spot, and he was done quickly. He was neat and respected our carpets, and we were only charged for the small part required. They were recommended to us, and will always be our go to from now on! Thanks Cody!

BE WARNED! The most arrogant people! Was quoted no more than 3 hours to do the job when it actually took 6.5! The tech did not have proper tools to do installation & had to go back to the shop. 30 min there and 30 min back cost me $95! Judy, the owners wife said to me, Can you imagine if we had to buy hammer drills for all 10 of our techs? After arguing on the phone with Judy about this and refusing to take even 30 minutes off the bill for mistake, I WILL NEVER USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY AGAIN!

Beware of unexplained service charges

Horrible Customer Service! I was charged $560 for a $315 part, 15 min to diagnose, 40 mins to change it on a 11 year old appliance that's $800 to replace. I was told service rate is $86/hr for work at my home but also charged $86/hr to have the tech wait 8 min for me (only given 7 min notice), 35 min to collect a part, and 10 min. to do paper work. Management told me "that's the best we can do, we always round up to the hour" I was charged 2hrs for 55min work. There was no customer concern.

Just had a furnac...

Just had a furnace installed in my house. They did an awsome job. Salesman was very curteous walking me through the process!! They finished the job promptly without hassle!!! I would recommend this company for any work to be done!!

DO YOUR HOMEWORK and get a WRITTEN QUOTE!! The job took a lot longer than they promised and then the bill arrived and was WAY higher than they told me! Unfortunately I asked around after the fact and now know similar experiences by friends - GET A WRITTEN QUOTE!
